Wildeck, Inc. has introduced a new series of "Modular" Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor Systems, for the movement of materials between floors. The new modular design allows the systems to fit into spaces normally not suited for a material handling systems.

The new Willift is designed to move materials from one floor level to another in its compact 3'0" x 3'0" x 3'0" carrier, at a rate of 40 fpm. The new carriage has a capacity of 500 lbs, and is perfect for moving boxes of paper supplies, mail totes, bins, parts, vending supplies or any other product that is normally carried up and down the stairs.

The new design meets all safety guidelines for vertical conveyors, and comes factory assembled and tested in modular stackable units. This allows for easy shipping and fast, trouble free installation. All interlock gates, call/send stations, and safety enclosures are mounted and wired, reducing the time needed for field wiring by an electrician.

The modular design is flexible to allow for "C", "Z", or 90 degree loading, with custom size carriages and lift heights available. The heavy gage steel construction and industrial grade gear box drive, along with dual lifting chains, provide a system designed for long, safe, reliable operation.
