Low Pressure Accumulation Conveyors

Low Pressure Accumulation Conveyors are ideal for transporting light to medium cartons that will need to be accumulated at some point along the line. An extremely simple design, this conveyor will allow the accumulation of various length and width boxes with 2%-3% line pressure. These conveyors are reversible and can accumulate in either direction.

Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyors

Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyors are live roller conveyors designed for applications that require accumulation of product without a build-up of line pressure. Each 'zone' along the conveyor is provided with an electronic photoeye and a pneumatic valve to control accumulated product and eliminate contact amongst cartons. An accumulated conveyor can be released in singulation or slug mode, depending on throughput requirements.
